83Tsuruyo Higa, 83, of Mililani died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Sumiyo-son, Amami Oshima, Japan. She is survived by sons Melvin K. and Mark H. Higa, daughter Helene M. de la Torre, brother Genji Kyan, sister Mitsuko Miyagi and five grandchildren. Private services.Â
