79Patricia Ann "Pat" Kuuleialoha J. Lee, 81, of Hilo, a retired Waiakea Elementary School kindergarten teacher, died in Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. She was born in Bakersfield, Calif. She is survived by sons Kenneth A. and Francis K., brothers Glen and David Jelletich, 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
