72Flora Cruz Benitez, 81, of Las Vegas, a retired Liberty House Kahala employee, died in Las Vegas. She was born in Kahuku. She is survived by companion Jose Sao, son Brian T., daughters Colleen G. Peterson and Leanne Benitez, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Roch Catholic Church, 56-350 Kamehameha Highway, Kahuku. Paddle-out: 10:30 a.m. Sunday at Kaiser Bowl, behind Ilikai Hotel. Aloha or casual attire. Flowers welcome.
