76Hiroshi Higaki, 89, of Aiea, a retired state building construction inspector, died at home. He was born in Honomu, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Jean M.; son Ross J.; daughters Jill H. Shigano and Janis N. Higaki; brother Shiro; sisters Jane S. Matsubara, Bettie F. Kakemoto, Aileen M. Keliikuloa, and Michiko and Dr. Esther M. Higaki; and three grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
