He is survived by son Christopher, daughter Carolyn, father Donald, brothers Mark and John, and sisters Shari and Jessi. Services: 11 a.m. April 12 at Waiohinu Park, Naalehu. Scattering of ashes: 5:30 p.m. April 13 at South Point.
