Narciso Antolin Burgos, 84, of Elk Grove, Calif., a retired Ala Moana Hotel employee, died in Sacramento, Calif. He was born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Soledad C., daughters Caroline Omandam and Rhonda B. Choy Foo, sister Teresita Ecube and three grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Kalihi. Mass: 11:30 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Valley of the Temples. Online condolences:
