77Kathleen Valerie Higgins, 91, of Honolulu, an administrative assistant and secretary for the New York state insurance department, died in Honolulu. She was born in New York City. She is survived by sister Teresa Moffatt. Services to be held in New York City. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Catholic Daughters of America.
