Walter Takayoshi "Tiny" Higuchi, 78, of Honolulu, a retired maintenance supervisor for Johnston Atoll and an Army veteran, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brothers Francis and Wallace. Private services.
