81Elsie Yoshie Miyashiro, 87, of Kaneohe, former owner of Elsie and Jean's Lunchwagon, died in Castle Medical Center. She was born in South Hilo. She is survived by daughter Lynn Neal; brothers Major, Jessie and Kaname Chinen; a grandchild; and a great-grandchild. Private services.
