79Genaro Vea "Felicito" Ramelb, 74, of Honolulu, a Pagoda Hotel and Restaurant banquet service employee, died in Honolulu. He was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Leo O.; daughters Jennifer Olivar, Joannalyn San Buenaventura and Jean Kagawa; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Aiea. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Valley of the Temples.
