79Denis Taeko Sato Izuka, 85, of Honolulu, a retired Chock Pang Clinic registered nurse, died in Hale Malamalama. She was born in Lahaina. She is survived by husband Henry T., sons Scot K. and Roger H., daughter Judi-Ann K. Campbell, sisters Gail Zukeran and Jean Shoji, and two grandchildren. Private services.
