Francis Moses Kuakini, 87, of Waianae, a retired MTL bus driver and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Charmaine; son Cecil Hasegawa; daughters Charla Kuakini-Cabiles, and Abigail, Lorna, Ruth, Rebecca, Cecilia, Lilyann and Francine Kuakini; stepsons Oluf, Teddy and Francis Winger; stepdaughters DaveVan Francisco, Stella Naone and Momi Sonognini; brother David Ledo; 37 grandchildren; 100 great-grandchildren; 34 great-great-grandchildren; and a great-great-great-grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. Sunday at Pokai Bay, 85-003 Pokai Bay St., Waianae. Services: 11 a.m. Inurnment: 2 p.m. at Waianae 442 Boat Harbor, 85-471 Farrington Highway. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
