74Robert Gregory "Ozzie" Osborne, 54, of Kailua-Kona, a business owner and painter, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Detroit. He is survived by son Nicholas, daughter Cassandra, father Robert D., brother Rory and sister Tracey Miller. Services: 2:30 p.m. Sunday at City of Refuge, Honaunau, Hawaii.
