73Benita Esteban Garcia, also known as "Bening" and "Bea," 90, of Hilo, a retired Volcano Golf and Country Club cook, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by sons Melvin Celestino and Leo Garcia Jr., daughters Patricia Owan and Faye L. Garcia, hanai son Dustin L. Palisbo, brother C. "Tac" Tacderan, sisters Dolores Taylor and Helen Guerrero, 21 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 10:30 a.m. Urn burial to follow. Casual attire. No flowers.
