GEORGE THOMAS DECLUE 63, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada. George was born in Okinawa, and raised in Honolulu. As a child, he loved surfing, fishing, and baseball. He worked in construction as a heavy equipment operator. As an adult, he had favorite past times such as fishing and traveling. His most favorite travel destinations included 7 day boat cruises, neighbor island visits, and of course, to Las Vegas. George lived a wonderful life full of love and laughter surrounded by family and friends. He is survived by his significant other, Doreen. Grand children, Kaimana and Zoey. His Mother, Yoshie. His brothers, Henry and William, and their daughters Kanoe, Kristen, Shauna, and Haunani. And of course, many friends. George also had a pet named Hookie, a very protective chihuahua/fox terrier. A memorial will be held at Palms Mortuary 1600 S Jones Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday, May 9. Visitation at 12pm and service to follow at 12:30pm. Casual attire.
