Richard Tsutomu Ishimoto, 94, of Honolulu, a retired Manoa Finance vice president and an Army veteran, died in Hale Harmony. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Steve, daughter Gwen Miyasaki and two grandchildren. Private services.
