75Sadafumi Higa, 83, of Pearl City, a Hawaiian Dredging and Construction retiree, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by wife Norma N.; son Burt; daughters Fern Nishigata and Rae Chow; brothers Sadatoshi and Teigin; sisters Doris Tomita, Margaret Enovejas, Gloria Koki and Dorothy Matsumoto; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
