Gerald Minoru Shirota, 73, of Honolulu, a retired Hardware Hawaii lumber salesman and a Navy veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Papaikou, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Jane, daughter Karen Kamada, sisters Helen Shirota-Benevidas and Judy Kotchou, and a grandchild. Private services.
