Yoshio "Frances" Kamisato, 88, of Hawaii, a federal goverment retiree and an Army veteran, died on Okinawa. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Jun; son Nathan; daughter June Drehner; brothers Frank and Ryan; sisters Vivian Takahashi, Lillian Isagawa and Sharon Wada; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
