Pedro Eleazar Racelis Jr., 94, of Kailua-Kona, a field foreman for Onomea Sugar Co.; recreation specialist for Matson Navigation Co. Hawaiian Hotel Division, Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility and Hale Ho'omalu juvenile detention home; and a veteran of the Philippine army and a U.S. Army captain, died at home. He was born in Manila. He is survived by wife Rositania S., sons Pedro E. III and Mario V., and four grandchildren. Services: 10 a.m. May 20 at Kalihi Union Church. Interment: 2 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. No flowers.
