71Tamie Matsuo Hirai, 91, of Honolulu, a retired administrative assistant with the state judiciary, died in Arcadia Retirement Residence. She was born in Piihonua Camp 3, South Hilo. She is survived by sons Craig K., Roy T. and Roger T.; sister Ellen Miura; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
