Robert Delbert Rawlins, 81, of Kailua, an American Optical Co. optical technician and an Army veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by companion Patsy Nishimura, son Brian, daughters Sherrie Coronas and Raedean Rawlins, brothers James and Joseph, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
