79Hon Beu Hu, 91, of Honolulu, a retired cook, died in Aiea. He was born in Canton, China. He is survived by son Chuck; daughters Betty Hu, Dian Lee and Linda Kasaoka; brother Kenneth; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Private services.
