Richard Bruce Bowen, 70, of Waipahu, a Navy SEAL and a handyman, died in Honolulu. He was born in East Liverpool, Ohio. He is survived by wife Adrianne M., sons Michael and David Hamada, daughters Lisa Hamada and Sheila Arroyo, sister Sheila Abel, and six grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Committal services: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
