Charles William Ricketts, 83, of Volcano, Hawaii, formerly of San Diego, a retired park ranger at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, master diver, and a Navy veteran who served in the Korean War, died at home. He was born in Walsenburg, Colo. He is survived by wife Loretta Ricketts and daughter Cynthia James. Private services.
