Nobuo Herbert "Opu" Kido, 82, of Kailua, a retired U.S. Postal Service postal carrier and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died in Pohai Nani Care Center. He was born in Puunene, Maui. He is survived by wife Jane M. and son Reid T. Private services.
