76Luviminda Alop Ortal, 67, of Kaumakani, Kauai, a retired Thrifty Mart baker, died at home. She was born in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by daughters Adlaine Joy Portela and Kristen Lyn Freitas; brothers Froilan, Enrile, Danilo, Pompeyo Jr., Noel, Jerson, Samuel and Eugene Alop; sisters Febe Gallardo, Editha Casteneda and Marinore Cadiz; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 12:30 p.m. June 21 at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary. Burial to follow at Hanapepe Public Cemetery. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
