Susumu Miyashiro, 81, of Honolulu, a civil engineer for the state Department of Transportation and an Army veteran, died in Leahi Hospital. He was born in Kapulena, Hawaii. He is survived by brothers Kiyoshi and Yoshiaki "Yoshi," and sister Fusako. No services.
