74Betty Jane Blair, 84, of Kailua-Kona, a homemaker, a caregiver for the elderly in Texas and a child care business owner, died at home. She was born in Hot Springs, Ark. She is survived by sons Stephen and Daniel, daughter Kathryn Knight and a grandson. Services pending.
