76Lily Tsuru Hirata, 92, of Honolulu, a retired registered nurse for the state Department of Health's Mental Health Division, died in Maunalani Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Palo Alto, Calif. She is survived by husband Mamoru, son Guy M., daughters Donna T. Hirata and Ann H. Cowels, sister Rose K. Kimura, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 3 p.m. Sunday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire.
