Thomas Tsutomu Otani, 84, of Pearl City, an Army veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Koloa, Kauai. He is survived by wife Shirley E., sons Troy and Shawn, daughter Tammy H. Kaetsu, brothers Toshihiro and Jon, sister Sandra Ichiyama and two grand- children. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
