DAVID E. FAZENDIN 91, of Kailua, has joined his Heavenly Father while peacefully asleep at his home on June 6, 2014. He was born in St. Paul, MN. He is survived by his wife, Ann T. Fazendin; daughters, Lois Cartwright, Ann Fazendin and Lisa Fazendin; step-son, Gordon W. Trask, III and Charles B. Trask; step- daughter, Jo Ann Trask and grandchildren, Bob Cartwright, Ryan Baptiste, Sarah Baptiste and Denis Mulligan. Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 11:00 AM at St. George Church, Waimanalo. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Salvation Army. Arrangements by Ultimate Cremation Services LLC.
