80Seichi Kanekuni, 101, of Kekaha, Kauai, a Kekaha Sugar Co. truck driver, died in Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital. He was born in Mana, Kauai. He is survived by wife Elsie; son Daniel; daughters Margie Higa and Ena Emoto; brothers Kyoichi, Jack and Rokuichi; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services: 5:30 p.m. Thursday at West Kauai Waimea Hongwanji.
