80Andy M. Kuraoka, 35, of Mililani, an electrician and Heald College graduate, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by mother May Matsumoto, brothers Derrick S. and Ryan D., and sisters Gwen R. and Tracie A. No services. Donations suggested to Wahiawa General Hospital.
