Dennis Carson Taira, 67, of Honolulu, a retired mortgage loan officer and an Army veteran, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Susan N., daughters Robyn R. Miura and Mari A. Souza, brother Neal R. and two grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
