Richard Shigeo Tanouye, 92, of Honolulu, an Army veteran and retired Hawaiian Dredging and Construction foreman, died in Hiolani Care Center. He was born in Moiliili. He is survived by wife Jeanette M., daughter Jo Ann M. Schindler and brother Wallace T. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
