76Dawn Tilman, 77, of Orchidland Estates, Hawaii, formerly of Los Angeles, an attorney in California and for the federal government, and retired administrative judge for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, died in Hilo. She was born in Las Vegas. She is survived by husband William T. Elston; sons Paul C. Scott and William C. Elston; daughters Ellen Crane, Bonnie Scott and Stephanie and Brynn Elston; brothers Rick, Tim and Paul; sister Kathleen; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Private services.
