James William Kahakauwila Karratti, 84, of Honolulu, a retired supervisor at the state Department of Transportation-Airports Division, died at home. He was also an Army veteran who served in the Korean War. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Leonis "Lee"; daughters Kevlene A.K. Karratti-Nakamine, Arlene A.K. Mirza, Darlene A.K. Ariola, Merilene J. Karratti-Abordo and Lorilene A.K. Pereira; sisters Martha L.K. Lazarus, Lorita K. Webster and Irene M.K. Evans; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Wednes- day at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 11:30 a.m. Inurnment: 12:45 p.m. at Diamond Head Memorial Park.
