71Betty Setsuko Feliciano, 73, of Waipahu, a retired Alphabetland Preschool teacher's aide, died in Waipahu. She was born in Kapaa, Kauai. She is survived by sons Wesley, Ryan and Cary; daughter Rene; brother Edward Kamibayashiyama; and seven grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel.
