79Richard M.D. Tom, 93, of Kapaa, Kauai, a retired officer and industrial relations manager for Grove Farm Co., died at home. He was born in Kapaa. He is survived by wife Lillian P., daughter Stephanie Wong, sons Jonathan and Dr. Richard D., brothers Webster and Thomas, and seven grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. June 28 at All Saints Episcopal Church, Kapaa. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
