Preceded in death by his wife Euphemia Ihilani Spencer, by 3 of their children, 2 grandchildren, his 5 brothers and one sister. Born in Wailuku, Maui Hawaii. He was a loving father to 16 children, 33 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Frank was a journeyman plumber in Honolulu Hawaii and in San Jose, CA. He loved fishing and being with his family and friends. Survived by 3 sisters, Ellen Kekela Kahalehoe, Madeline Medeiros and Mary Beazley. 13 children, Francis Vierra Marciel lll (Joan), Nanette Weispfenning (Gary), Penny Carr (Don), Robert Marciel, Leona Marciel, Angela Michalski (John), Kathleen Smestad (Mark), Christina Smith (Bruce), Maria Styne (Fernando), Noel Bean, (George), Lisa Quandt, Beau Marciel, Melissa Englund (Mike). A Graveside services will be held @11:00am Saturday, June 21 at Los Gatos Memorial Park, 2255 Los Gatos-Almaden Road. Reception to follow at 12:30 PM at the Ainsley House in Campbell.
