He is survived by sons, Alex (Teresa) Paiva, Rick (Cheryl) Paiva, Darin (Samantha) Paiva, Johansen (Leilani) Paiva; companion, Theresa Opunui; brothers, Eugene Paiva, Albert (Yvonne) Paiva, George (Cheryl) Paiva; sisters, Ella (Bill) Gomes, Irene (Ray) Faust; 12 grand- children; 5 great-grandchildren.
