Ignacio Perez Jr., also known as "Lefty" and "Squeaky," 75, of Honolulu, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard draftsman and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughters Tammy K. Young and Sheila Crouch, sister Joan Lakins, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
