72Emma K.P. Domingcil, 90, of Lynnwood, Wash., died in Bellevue, Wash. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Wesley W.T. and Dennis W.K. Young, daughters Cynthia B.N. Chun and Kareen B.S. Milo, brothers David Chow and Franklin Hu, and sister Sandra Wong. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 7 p.m. Burial: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Valley of the Temples.
