80Marie S. Tavares, 96, of Kula, Maui, a self-employed caregiver, died at home. She was born in Kaupakalua, Maui. She is survived by sons Malcolm and Leo Jr.; daughters Faith DeBuhr, Hope Tavares and Charity Kahookele; sister Dorothy Pestana; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
