6-29-Sally-LeeSALLY E. (CHANG) LEE April 10, 1921 - May 13, 2014 Sally E. Chang-Lee died May 13, 2014 in Portland, OR, at the age of 93. Aunt Sally was born on April 10, 1921 in Kamuela, Hawaii. Sally was one of eight children born to Kim Young Song and Park Pong Nam. She grew up in Hilo and Honolulu, HI. During WWII she worked in the defense industry at Pearl Harbor, HI. She had two sons Clifford Lee and Addison Lee both deceased. She is survived in Portland by her nephew and his wife (Wayne and Georgia Armour), grand-niece (Allison Armour), and many relatives in Hawaii, Oregon, Idaho, New Mexico and New York. Sally was a voracious reader of books. Among her special interests were working crossword puzzles, arts and crafts (she loved to make Christmas ornaments), crocheting, and playing cards. Sally was a ranked Club Master Bridge player. In later years she loved to spend time at the Urban League Multicultural Senior Center, Portland, OR, where she had many friends. Sally will be buried with husband Isaac Z. Chang in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific (Punchbowl), HI. Isaac Chang was a US Infantry soldier killed on the island of Luzon, Philippines, during WWII. Aunt Sally was a Breast Cancer survivor and she never complained. She loved life. She was loved and will be missed by all.
