74Anne Hyde Rice Moncrief, 71, of Lihue, a philanthropist, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by daughters Emmy Copriviza, Juliet Moncrief and Heather Waters; brother John Plews; and four grandchildren. Celebration of life: 4 p.m. Saturday at Lihue Cemetery.
