KLOSEK ALVINA CAGALWAN March 15, 1936 - June 30, 2014 Age 78 of Honolulu, passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family on June 30. She was born and raised in Eleele, Kaua`i and was the youngest of 7 children. Alvina was a 1954 graduate of Waimea High School, worked 31 years for Hickam PACAF Air Force Base and retired in 2003 as a secretary. She was full of energy and her favorite hobbies were dancing, singing, going to the Moiliili Senior Center and being a weekly visitor at Ward Theatres, watching 2 - 3 movies at a time. Her favorite pastime, however was being around her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren who she loved with all her heart. Alvina, Mother, Grandmother and Sister is survived by her children Alvin Yadao (Angela), Roxanne Yadao (Noella), David Yadao (Kelly), Danny Yadao (Valerie), Leslie Flanagan (Barry) & Tracy Yadao (Kim) and sister Rose Asuncion. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation at 9:30am. Services at 10:30am. Burial at 1:00pm at Valley of the Temples.
