73Anthurium Kehaulani "Teri" Kamaka, 74, of Waianae, a U.S. Postal Service maintenance worker, died in Ka Punawai Ola. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by hanai daughter Lorilynn K. Togafau; brothers Edward P., Wayne, Samuel and Wilmore; sisters Effie Akoni and Sheila Hibbs; and four hanai grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday at Nanaikapono Protestant Church. Services: 7 p.m. Friday and 9:30 a.m. Saturday. Final viewing: 1 p.m. Saturday. Burial 2 p.m. at Nanakuli Homestead Cemetery. Casual attire.
