79Fumiko Tsugawa, 84, of Honolulu, a loan document specialist for Bank of Hawaii, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by son Glenn H.; daughter Gerry M. Tomonari; brothers Robert, Roy and Michael Hayashida; sisters Lillian Saiki and Mary Arakawa; and four grandchildren. Private services.
